Bhd, initially a Malaysian-Japanese joint-venture company was incorporated on 05th April 2000 to provide these manufacturers with high quality “Component Test Equipment” and Electronic Measuring Instruments”.
With the down turn in the global economic situation, our Japanese counterpart decided to venture in other field of businesses. We however, are confident that this business has potential and the needs for test instruments will always be there. Presently, the company is wholly owned and managed by Malaysian Bumiputra.

We also provide services (maintenance, repair & calibration) in house for all kinds of ADEX electronic instrument and checker. In the educational fields we also provides sales and service for training kits and equipments.
